Melissa Greczy Co-Founder
She has been an entrepreneur since age 16, but only after taking a college course called Accounting for Real Estate Millionaires did she know that she will never be an employee again—and she hasn’t looked back since. She has built several million dollar businesses on her own, making her one of the most successful female entrepreneurs in the U.S.
She lives in Florida, but runs a company with employees globally. Her partners call her a marketing genius—but her real goal is not to buy fancy houses and cars, but to direct money to where she thinks it’s the most needed. She’s now building a charity organization that her daughter started at age 8, whose purpose is to help kids around the world. Being passionate for learning and unlimited human capabilities she’s now dedicated to reforming the education system through Project GiftED.
Vishen Lakhiani Co-Founder
Before project Gifted, he was an exec in Silicon Valley and New York for several internet and technology firms. He turned bedroom entrepreneur at 27 and by the time he was 31 had founded 6 web businesses and never had to work a conventional job again.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering but now specializes in Internet and Technology Marketing. He is one of the world’s top authorities on Social Media marketing and is a sought after expert on taking an author’s work online.
Michael Reining Co-Founder
Mike is an Internet and business wunderkind. In 2004, Mike co-founded MindValley, now one of the world’s leading online publishers and marketers in the field of personal development. Without venture capital or loans, Mike took MindValley from ‘bedroom’ business to multi-million dollar Internet company in the span of a few years.
In 2008, Mike’s passion for innovative management saw MindValley named one of the World’s Most Democratic Workplaces by WorldBlu. Prior to MindValley, Mike served as Head of New Venture Strategy at eBay, the world’s largest eCommerce company. Mike developed and executed a global classifieds strategy that saw eBay enter the local classifieds space, which included the launch of Kijiji.com and a 25% investment in Craigslist.
Mike has an MBA from Stanford University and BBA from the University of Michigan. Prior to Stanford, Mike was an Associate Consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.
Marjam Vaher Project Manager
Marjam comes from a little green country Estonia, where she was a passionate member of AIESEC for 4 years. She’s traveled to 21 countries and has participated in more than 20 international conferences and meetings. Because of her leadership experience as MCP she was hired by MindValley in Malaysia, an internet publishing company and one of the most democratic organizations in the world. She’s now running a website to teach parents enlightened ways of raising kids. She passionate about self development and education and her goal is to open new schools in Estonia.
Claire Gaunt Media Expert
Claire is the resident Media Expert here at Project GiftED. As the Director of one of only four short films showcased for her Diploma Graduation Ceremony in London, she went on to receive a scholarship to continue studying film in Australia. Having enjoyed the sunny lifestyle, she’s now headed to Malaysia to keep soaking up the rays.
During her school years, Claire was part of a student panel interviewing prospective head-teachers. The students made their suggestion but it was overruled by teachers and governors. A few years later their decision ended in an unprecedented local scandal…she doesn’t want to say I told you so…but the students were right!
Partly for this reason, Claire is delighted to have found Project GiftED as she fully supports the need to reform the education system. Project Gifted perfectly combines her love of media and strong desire for a return to community. Her current goal is to master another language…
