JULY Special – INTUITION
Equipping parents with the knowledge and understanding they need to support their kids to believe in their intuitive abilities and to become confident, healthy and intuitive adults.
You know when “you just know”?
Intuition is one of our most powerful tools. It’s a free gift from the day we’re born yet most of us just ignore it.
People will ask, how can thinking that takes place so quickly be at all useful? Malcolm Gladwell, author of Blink, says the following:
“We live in a society dedicated to the idea that we’re always better off gathering as much information and spending as much time as possible in deliberation. As children, this lesson is drummed into us again and again: haste makes waste, look before you leap, stop and think. But I don’t think this is true. There are lots of situations—particularly at times of high pressure and stress—when haste does not make waste, when our snap judgments and first impressions offer a much better means of making sense of the world.”

Intuition is essential because it:
- It makes us aware of danger
- It guides our decision making
- Helps us solve problems — quickly
All children are intuitive but if they are judged or mocked by parents or other adults, they can easily lose connection to this vital, inner compass, lose self-esteem and be less able to make decisions as an adult.

When a child has learned to suppress their intuition, they are more likely to follow the crowd, despite any dangers, as they can no longer hear their own judgments and boundaries.
This month I want to re-wire your brain, too — becoming more aware of your intuition will revolutionize the way you parent and interact with your kids.
With our blog spotlight focused on intuition this month, make sure you and your child don’t miss out…

This month look out for great expert content from Christie Sheldon and Shelly Lefkoe.

Christie Sheldon:
Christie was born psychic and intuitive and has now given over 10,000 personal consultations to help people to address chronic life issues that keep them stuck, unhappy and not feeling abundant. She does this with help from angels, guides and deceased loved ones.
With so much experience in this area, I know Christie is the perfect person to guide us towards a more spiritual approach to parenting, and help us to address the underlying reasons for teenage angst and how to encourage your child’s psychic and intuitive abilities.

Shelly and Morty Lefkoe:
Shelly Lefkoe is co-founder and Vice President of the Lefkoe Institute, and the founder and President of the Possibilities of Parenting Center (POPC), a division of the Lefkoe Institute.
Shelly Lefkoe is passionate about two things. First is helping people create joyful and free lives by helping them eliminate the beliefs that keep them stuck. Second is transforming the way in which people parent on this planet. She believes that if we raise a conscious generation of children, violence will end, people will treat each other with respect and dignity, and life on the planet will be better in all respects—no matter who is running the government.
Morty Lefkoe is co-founder and President of the Lefkoe Institute. He also is the creator of the Lefkoe Belief Process, a technique that quickly and permanently eliminates the crippling beliefs that cause most of the problems we experience in life.
Morty’s vision is to significantly improve the quality of life on the planet by having people recreate their lives and live as the unlimited possibilities they are.
